You must send a copy of your PIR to mbr@blueribbonbags.com with the brb service number in the subject

As part of the Mishandled Baggage Report filing process you are required to submit a copy of the report the airline provided you with, when you filed your lost luggage claim, to Blue Ribbon Bags within 24 hours of your flight landing. Please send a copy of your report to mbr@blueribbonbags.com and put your Service Agreement number in the subject line.
